First off what is continuous improvement? Continuous improvement is a dedication to making small changes and improvement everyday. Just like everything adds up in life so does this. If you make an effort to improve yourself everyday, even if its little you will gradually become an amazing person. Little changes are the start to bigger changes. Take this for example. Your mom gives you a dollar everyday and you just keep saving that dollar. Eventually you will have hundreds than thousands. Of course it's going to take time but your still adding on to it every day and the amount is becoming bigger.
Yes I agree with James clears idea. The main idea I’m going to talk about that really sticks with me is achieving a goal is only a momentary change. I can relate to this so much. The grind and the hard work for stuff in life is always the fun part, once you achieve your goal it kind of leaves you stuck again. I remember when I bought my first pair of Jordan’s. When I was selling old toys and helping around the house for money that was the fun part. Once I bought the shoes, I felt good for a bit but that didn’t last with me. This is why I say this is the main idea that sticks with me. Also another fair point that he had would be goals restrict happiness. You normally hear a lot of people say “ once I reach my goal I’ll be happy.” This is not how we should be looking at life. Because life is short and we have to enjoy the little things because we don’t know how long we’re going to be here for.
Digital citizenship is very important in this day and age. Everyone, literally everyone uses social media now a days. Every post you make is never private no matter how much you monitor the account and sadly in the time we're in this could affect your chances at a job. It is not hard at all to find information on people i'm pretty sure you've already done it. All people need is a first name and than they can find you in a snap. All the boss needs to do is search up your name and finds all about you in the matter of minuets. This is why digital citizenship is so important, its your first impression to people most of the time.
